We contacted Tricia and provided specifics on our desired home size and location. No properties were available in the area we were seeking however Tricia continued to monitor for new properties becoming available. When a home meeting our specifications came on the market she immediately contacted us and recommended we see the property as quickly as possible as she expected there would be multiple offers. We took her advice flew to Corvallis and submitted an offer that was accepted the same day!
